Day 11: Curry, Family, and Fun

Started this morning going out and seeing the chickens my parents keep. They are starting to lay eggs not and they are a lot of fun to watch as they are let out into the yard and go hunting for bugs. They have 9 chickens total.

My niece Hannah we are meeting for the first time as she was born two years ago during COVID. We had many chances to play with her and get to know her today.

In the morning my wife baked two Macha Pound Cakes, one for the family and one for an event tomorrow. Then she cooked chicken curry for dinner with a side of rolled egg!

Then after dinner my wife and I took a walk up the road to the cemetery, but came back because the shooting range close by was really busy. My father said the police were doing a practice session there this weekend. Our daughter also got a lot of time to play with her cousin Emma all day long.
