Thanksgiving!

This month in America we celebrate Thanksgiving, a time to look back on the year and be thankful for everything in our lives. And eat a lot of good food with our family! We are very thankful for our health, home and each other this season-and thankful for the new and current students who join our school each week. Thank all of you so very much.

We baked a 2 kilo Japanese whole chicken, stuffed with bread, apples and herbs. Also made mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, fresh rolls and gravy. To top it all off we baked a black berry pie from the berries in our yard. Everything was delicious!
